Yes, midnight delivery is available in major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Select the "Midnight Delivery" option at checkout (additional charges apply).
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You'll receive SMS/WhatsApp updates. You can also reschedule delivery through the tracking link or contact our support team.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund within 7 business days.
Yes, you can cancel before the order is dispatched (usually within 2-4 hours of placing the order). Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can refuse delivery for a refund.
Take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Currently, we don't offer exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, we'll happily arrange a refund or replacement.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll process a bank transfer (please share account details).
